Do you dare to learn Nordic walking? Nordic walking is much more than just walking with poles, it is a sport, a walking technique, and a comfortable way to keep in shape.
It has many advantages: it exercises 90% of our muscles, promotes lymphatic drainage, protects our joints and strengthens our overall muscle tone. It is also fun, it is practiced outdoors and can be practiced alone or in a group. You can even go sightseeing by practicing it!
Every Thursday in September and October:
Morning hours: from 10:00 to 13:00
Afternoon hours: from 16:00 to 19:00.
