Let us take you in the most comfortable way possible to one of the most iconic enclaves of the Principality of Asturias. Accompanied by an official guide, we will show you every corner of this place in an excursion suitable for all ages.
With this day trip by bus you will discover one of the most emblematic sites of Asturias accompanied by an official guide.
We will pick you up at the indicated time from the chosen point (Oviedo or Gijón) to the Picos de Europa National Park. Gijón towards the National Park of Picos de Europa, during the trip you will be able to enjoy the views and the landscape while the guide gives you information about the places we will pass by.
Being an official tour, we will not limit our time in the lakes, so we will be around 2 hours, in which besides enjoying the place at your leisure, we can also explain calmly all its curiosities.
Did you know that under one of them is submerged a figure of the Santina de Covadonga? Then we will go to Covadonga, where we will visit its spectacular basilica and we will talk about the beginnings of the reconquest.
We will leave you free time to visit the Sanctuary of Covadonga (free entrance), where you can contemplate the tomb of King Pelayo and the famous Cave of the Santina. Last but not least, we will visit Cangas de Onís, the first capital of the Asturian Kingdom, where we will explain the origins of this town.
After taking a photo at the Roman bridge, we will leave you free time for lunch. When the time comes, we will meet by the bus to head back and put the finishing touch visiting one of the most beautiful and picturesque villages of Asturias, Lastres, so much so that it was the scene of the successful television series Doctor Mateo.
You will love its seafaring history! Back by bus we will drop you off at your original stops and you will be able to rest after a long day full of unforgettable memories.

Gijón: Departure at 8:00 am from the church of Nuestra Señora de Begoña, located at number 33, Avenida de la Costa, and arrival at the same point around 7:30 pm.
