TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ACTIVITY This is a self guided activity. Therefore, the custumer accept to be the sole responsability of the hike. GENERAL MOUNTAIN PRECAUTIONS - The activity that we are going to carry out takes place in a natural environment, the mountain, which must be respected and requires careful environmental behaviour. It is very important to always walk on paths, unless the circumstances of the terrain make this impossible or the guide indicates otherwise. We will avoid any kind of impact on the environment. - The activity that we are going to carry out is an activity that takes place in a natural environment, not controlled by man and that has risks that cannot be completely controlled by the guide and the company. CONDITIONS OF THE ACTIVITY - This is a self guided activity. Therefore, the custumer accept to be the sole responsability of the hike. - All activities will be described prior to the activity. Specifically, the place where the activity is to be carried out, how to get to the starting point, the characteristics of the activity and the prerequisites for carrying it out will be indicated. A non-binding estimate of the duration of the activity will always be made. - Participants acknowledge that they have no health or other impediments to carrying out the activity. In the event of having any type of condition that could affect their ability to take part in the activity, they must inform the guide sufficiently in advance, and in any case prior to the start of the activity. - Whenever material is provided by the company for the activity, it will be returned at the end of the activity in correct condition. In the event of breakage, loss or damage, the value of the equipment must be paid for. - All participants must take individual precautions before carrying out the activity. This includes appropriate clothing and footwear and the provision of food and water (minimum one and a half litres) for the activity. This is an essential requirement to participate in the activity. MINORS Minors must bring an authorisation signed by the person who has custody or parental authority or be accompanied by them. DOGS Activities may be carried out with dogs, provided that the environment allows it and that coexistence with the area and the rest of the group is possible. In general, and especially in protected or livestock areas, dogs are not allowed to run loose. CANCELLATIONS As far as it is just a buy of information, there is no cancellation possibility. DATA PROTECTION The data provided will be used by Asturian Ways (Juan Miguel Piedehierro Gutiérrez). In no case will data be provided to third parties, unless they are essential for the development of the contracted activities. The clients confirm that they understand these conditions and express their consent to them.
