Our Cabo Peñas Tour is done in our boat ''La NEGRA'' with 300 hp and comfortable seats. Departing from Gijon Marina, we head west, skirting the Musel Port and Cape Torres and we will set a direct course to Cape Peñas.
Once we approach the protected area of Cape Peñas, we will cross the low Merendálvarez and see the first island, 'La Gavierona', then we will approach the lighthouse, and see the impressive cliff of more than 100 m high, then we will make a stop at the small beach of Pachón and Sabín in case the conditions allow it and someone would like to swim in its turquoise waters. Finally we will see the islet of Sabin and skirt Herbosa Island, the second largest island of the Principality of Asturias, and its incredible stone arch, to surround it and see Isla Saldaña and Islote el Bravo.
On the way back we will go along the coast, the first stop is the old abandoned port of Llumeres, formerly used by the mining industry where they extracted iron ore. Finally, we will head towards the port of Luanco and the Gallo area, where you can enjoy a swim if you wish.
If the weather conditions allow it and we are in good time, we will stop at the port of Candás and the cliffs of Cape Torres.
Finally we will return to the marina of Gijon.
